Planning Chardham Yatra 2026 from Delhi - Need Advice on 7-Day Itinerary

Hello everyone! I'm planning Chardham Yatra 2026 with my family (4 adults, 2 senior citizens) and we have only 7 days available due to work commitments. Is it realistically possible to complete all four dhams - Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath - in this timeframe starting from Delhi?

I've heard some people say it's too rushed and we should take at least 10-12 days, while others claim 7 days is doable if we skip certain sightseeing spots. We're considering booking a tempo traveller for comfortable travel.

My main concerns are:

• Will my elderly parents (65+ years) be able to manage the tight schedule?
• Is the Kedarnath trek manageable in limited time, or should we use helicopter/pony services?
• Which route is fastest - via Haridwar or Rishikesh?
• Are accommodations easily available without advance booking during May 2026?
